Sr.Technical Support Executive (Jan’ 07-Till date)

A U.K. based MNC and 100% owned subsidiary of Domino U.K.Ltd, a world leader in design manufacturing and
distribution of industrial inkjet printers across 120 countries & global turn of over of 13 Billion Pounds
DPIL is a fully owned subsidiary of Domino Printing Sciences, an U.K. based MNC with presence in more than
120 countries. DPIL has an annual turnover of 100 crores INR. It deals in inkjet as well as drop on demand
(DOD) printers, laser, thermal transfer overhead (TTO) printers and print and apply labelers. It has a
production unit in Gurgaon which manufactures industrial non-contact inkjet printers (IJP). The company has
branches in major Indian cities and provides after sales service to its customers with more than 10000
installations all over India. These printers are used for printing variable data like date of manufacturing, date of
expiry, maximum retail price, barcodes, logos etc. on various products like food, beverage and FMCG products,
medicines, cable/extrusion, breweries, distilleries automobile parts and so on.

2) Moser Baer India Ltd., Greater Noida.-Assistant Engineer (Apr ’05- Aug ’06)

top three optical storage media manufacturers in the world. Headquartered in New Delhi, India, it has a broad
and robust product range of floppy disks, compact discs (CDs) and digital versatile discs (DVDs).
Playing an important role as Assistant Engineer in expansion project of new TAURUS lines of DVD
manufacturing in maintenance department in electrical department, of plant in Greater Noida. Worked with
effective leadership to beat the project schedule. Successfully discharged the responsibilities as an Automation
Engineer for trouble free functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

 Managed for Various shop floor activities including Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance,
shutdown Maintenance with Coordination with Production department.
 Maintenance of Imported sophisticated machines of various sections like Pneumatics Hydraulics, Electrical

3) Bhushan Steel and Strips Pvt. Ltd., Gujarat- Engineer Plant Maintenance (Oct’03- Apr ’05)

Apollo Tyres Ltd., Limda-Vadodra – leading largest Tyre Company in India, manufacturer of Truck, Passenger,
LCV, Farm and Passenger Radials tyres. The company is accredited to ISO 9002 / QS 9000 Quality System and
now on "for TPM".
Playing an important role as a Maintenance Engineer in electrical department, in expansion project of plant in
Limda, Vadodara. Worked with effective leadership to beat the project schedule. Successfully discharged the
responsibilities as an Automation Engineer for trouble free functioning of a complex Radial tire plant with
technical integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

 Operation & Maintenance of PLC ( ABB, Siemens, Electronica )

 Maintenance of various A.C. and DC drives ( Allen Bradley, Electronica, ABB )

 Done the erection and commissioning of DVDR line of STEAG HAMATECH as a Project Engineer.

 Done the erection of WMI EOH cranes ( Electric Overhead Cranes ) upto 15 Tones.

 Done the erection and Commissioning of 4HI Narrow mill, 2 HI Skin pass, Annealing, CR Slitter.

 Total estimation involving estimated cable (power & control), gland, lugs etc used for the different lines.

 Precommissioning test on HT-LT Panel, Transformer, motors.

 Done the networking of Tool PC of all lines through one computer.
