Role:
 Design concept finalisation, general arrangement & detail of design based on customer/ standard
requirement or referring competitor product for reverse engineering.
 Conduct DFMEA with CFT and incorporate the valid suggestions in design to achieve DFA/DFM/DFS.
Benchmarks existing products through scanning and CFT assessment.
 Part modelling, assembly, detailing from finalized concept or existing similar designs by using (AutoCAD,
Pro/E Wild fire 2&3, CATIA V5).
 Design calculations, material & process selection, part standardization to achieve product target
costing.

 Prototype testing, design finalization, prepare quality specification, inspection sheet & inspection
procedure.
 Release of production drawing, BOM preparation in ERP, Issue & maintained design change request
(DCR) record.

for Pilot Lot Production) etc.
