Lead role in implementation of SAP PLM from starting. Preparing material

master & part number formation to streamline the system.
Understand the customer requirements and identify the special requirements.
Check the feasibility of special requirements.
Co-ordinate accurate information regarding modifications/special requirements
Preparation of drawings and technical data sheet for Defender rake bar, Step

To guide and support sales persons for product range, specifications and
capabilities for Standard products
Checking & Review of vendor document for equipment, design & fabrication /
G.A Drawing for water treatment and water Intake equipment drawing.
Work out men hour’s requirement for Design, Engineering and optimized
engineering hours.
Study of Tender (Contract) / Engineering Documents & Inputs received from
other discipline and co-ordination to short out problem arises during engineering.
Review Client and Regulatory documents and incorporate requirements or
corrective actions in Design Calculation and Fabrication Drawing.
Perform Investigation and actions to resolve site & workshop problems and track
client comment.
Participate and Lead Team activities in Continuous improvement, Problem
Solving, etc.
Attend Technical meeting and visit site location for with Client / Consultant for
spot approval of Design calculation & drawing.
Review and approve changes to Engineering documents/specifications assuring
continued compliance with customer requirements.
Leading and coordination a team of motivated and professional designers to
ensure the correct allocation of resources and timely completion of the projects
as per the organisation standards.
