Odoo Video Conference User Guide

1. Click at the left top corner to see the drop box. And Click the Video Conferences tab.

2. Click “Create” Button to create new video conferences


3. Fill your meeting title in meeting subject.

4. Set the Date for your meeting start date.


5. Select time in this field.

6. Set your duration time.


7. Add Odoo username who will attend the Video conference in Participant.

8. You can send this video conference with email by adding email address in External Participant.
9. If you finish filling form, you can click “Save” to complete creating video conferencing.

10. After that, you will see your complete video conference. And Share Link will appear with Jitsi meeting link.

11. The Inbox Email will invite in the following form and the user can just click the “JOIN MEETING”.

12. You can directly join video conference by clicking “Join Meeting” button. You can stop the video conference
link by clicking “Close Meeting”.

13. You will see your created meeting in Video Conferences menu.

14. Clicking “Join Meeting” will appear new window tab with the following Share Link url. And you can start your
video conference.
Schedule Meeting with Calendar

1. Click “Calendar” in dropdown menu which is at the top left corner of the screen.
2. You can select date time by Day, week, month.

3. Select the time you want to create meeting. In example, I will select 15:00 hour by clicking on the following
screen.

4. Fill the Summary field for meeting. And then click “Create” to create schedule on Calendar
5. When clicking the meeting, you will see the popup menu in the following figure and click “Edit” to edit the
schedule.

6. Fill the Meeting subject.

7. You can write Odoo username or email address in the “Attendees” Field.
8. You can set date time in the following form.

9. Write the description for sending schedule meeting with email.


10. If you want to send video conference with calendar schedule mail, copy the Share link from your created
meeting in Video Conference. And then paste and put the copied link in the Description.

11. After complete setting, Click “Save” Button to save the process.
12. The email receipt will be received with the following form. This is the way of sending invitation mail from
calendar setup.
