Interactions of two disease forces (Aphorism 35 - 45)

When two dissimilar When two similar

diseases meets together. diseases meets together.

There are three conditions when two dissimilar diseases meets

together, they are:
1. If the existing disease is stronger, it will not allow the weaker new
coming dissimilar disease to act upon the body. (aphorism -36).

2. If the existing disease is weaker and new coming dissimilar disease is

stronger, this new disease will affect the organism and suppress the
weaker one.
The new disease will run its course completely and extinguished from
the organism, the older disease will reappear again. (aphorism -38).

3. If the both dissimilar diseases are equally strong and chronic in nature,
then they both struggle for their existence in the organism for the longer
duration and both will occupy the same organism at different suitable
places, to run their courses and will form the double (complex)
disease.(aphorism -40).
Aphorism -35
Two dissimilar disease conditions may be from natural resource i.e. both are
natural diseases or it may be one natural and one artificial disease (i.e.
medicine disease), or due to result of medical treatment or ordinary/
allopathic mode of treatment.

Aphorism -36
If the existing disease is stronger, it will not allow the weaker new coming
dissimilar disease to act upon the body.
E.g.-1: A patient is suffering from severe chronic disease, so it will not
affected by the moderate autumnale dysentery or other epidemic disease.
E.g.-2: When a patient is suffering from scurvy, so the patient is not affected
by plague because it is new coming disease and it is weaker than the older
disease.

Aphorism -37
Under ordinary (allopathic) medical treatment

No cure occurs and if the treatment is of not too violent in nature

Aphorism -38
If the existing disease is weaker and new coming dissimilar disease is
stronger, this new disease will affect the organism and suppress the
weaker one.
The new disease will run its course completely and extinguished from
the organism, the older disease will reappear again.
E.g.-1: The patient which was suffering from itching will be disappeared on
the occurrence of the scurvy. When the scurvy is cured the latter of itching is
again come out which was uncured.
E.g.-2: The pulmonary tuberculosis remained stationary when a patient is
attacked by a violent typhus but when it went on then the latter will again
runs its course.

Aphorism -39
If stronger heterogeneous medicine is used for a natural disease condition, the
it will temporarily suspended by the heroic influence of his stronger
medicinal disease which (the natural disease) will reappear after the
diminution if this medicinal disease.

Aphorism -40
If the both dissimilar diseases are equally strong and chronic in nature, then
they both struggle for their existence in the organism for the longer duration
and both will occupy the same organism at different suitable places, to run
their courses and will form the double (complex) disease.
E.g.-1: Smallpox runs its regular course along with measles.
E.g.-2: smallpox along with perpura.
No disease is suspended. All of the disease run their course and show their
symptoms which was very confusing, so it is called as a complex disease.

Inference
In the cases of two dissimilar diseases meets together we observe that:
I. They will not cure each other.
II. The stronger one will suspend the weaker one.

Aphorism -41
The diseases produce by the physician due to wrong prescription, (or called
as iatrogenic diseases).
Complex disease by allopathic bungling.

Inference
 From the interaction of two similar diseases we observe that the
stronger similar disease as it was stated in the nature law of cure in
aphorism 26.
 It also states that when two similar diseases meet together, the stronger
one exists and the weaker one extinguish forever.
 It is also observes that the similar diseases can cure the other similar
diseases.
