I agree! Innovative ideas are born out of uncertainty, which eventually triggers an iterative process of investigation and testing before producing any meticulously planned actions. These actions should, in turn, come with an impeded balanced amount of risk-taking. If your career profile matches exactly the job requirements, you should touch your gun (brain)! I doubt that one can conveniently identify potential areas, opportunities, or challenges that simulate learning, improvement, and self-reflection.
