  • "Make a Christmas ad", they said. "It'll be fun", they said. Just over a week after the release of our Christmas film, the feedback has been incredible - some of you even said it brought you to tears. ❤️ 🎬 But now, it's time to share the real behind-the-scenes magic. Creating the story about Freddy the Teddy and the value of second-hand gifting was no small feat for our team, especially for our very own marketing team member, Sarah. She took on the dual role of director and camera operator, guiding her son, Casper, through a 'pretend Christmas.' Let's just say, "Never work with children or animals" suddenly makes a lot more sense! Enjoy the laughs with these outtakes - it’s a reminder that even the most touching moments come with their fair share of hilarity.
