Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Burger Wrap Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup crumbled bacon 2 cups macaroni, cooked 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 large tortillas Lettuce leaves (optional) Instructions: Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cooked macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the beef, bacon, macaroni, and cheese mixture onto the center. If desired, add lettuce leaves on top of the filling. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Serve: Slice the wraps in half if preferred and serve immediately. Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burgers INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs ground beef (I use venison) 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄4 cup onion, minced fine 9 -10 slices bacon 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 6 hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion and shape into 12 large, thin patties. Top six patties with 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese (this is approximate-use what looks right). Place remaining 6 patties on top of cheese/bacon topped patties and press edges to seal. Grill or broil for 3-4 minutes per side until done. We like ours well done. The last 2 minutes of cooking top patties with remaining bacon and cheese. Serve on buns.

Chopped Italian Sandwich 10 min | 5 servings | 3.24 CA/2.75 US per serving ½ head iceberg lettuce 1 large tomato ½ small red onion 5 slices ham 5 slices salami 2 slices provolone cheese ¼ cup banana peppers, optional 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp Epicure Spinach Dip Mix or Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 5 sub buns 1. On a large cutting board, chop lettuce. Slice tomato and onion. Place sliced tomato and onion overtop lettuce. Top with ham, salami, cheese, and banana peppers, if using. Chop into small, bite-sized pieces, combining everything as you go. 2. In a small bowl, combine mayo, dip mix, and vinegar. Spoon on top of sandwich filling on cutting board. Chop all ingredients one more time to combine. 3. Split and toast buns. Divide filling between buns. Tip: This recipe is high in sodium. "Game Day" Sliders Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) 1 packet onion soup mix (optional) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 12 slider buns 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup mustard 1/4 cup pickles, sliced 12 slices of cheese (optional) Lettuce and tomato slices Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with onion soup mix (optional) and form into 12 small patties. Cook the patties on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until done. Ingredients: - 1 lb ground beef - Salt and pepper - 1 small onion, finely chopped - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 8 small flour tortillas - Mac sauce (recipe below) - Toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.) Mac Sauce Ingredients: - 1/2 cup mayonnaise - 2 tbsp ketchup - 1 tbsp yellow mustard - 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish - 1.5 tsp smokin Jon’s SPGO spice Instructions: 1. Preheat your Napoleon cast iron griddle on the grill to medium-high heat. 2. Mix ground beef with onion, salt and pepper, then flatten onto a tortilla to form thin patties. 3. PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOES Ingredients 1 lb lean ground beef 1 yellow onion finely diced 1 green pepper chopped ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup beef broth ¼ cup A-1 Steak Sauce 1 teaspoon steak seasoning sliced provolone cheese hamburger buns, sliders, etc. Instructions In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and salt until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir the cornstarch into the ground beef and mix together until the meat is coated in the cornstarch. Add the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Stir together and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer, while stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Mixture should thicken up and will thicken up more once it’s off the heat. While meat is simmering, set the oven to broil, and place the buns on a cookie sheet. Butter each bun. Broil for just a few minutes. Watch carefully as they can burn easily. When the meat is done use a slotted spoon to scoop it out onto each bottom bun. Place a slice of provolone cheese on the top bun. Broil for a few more minutes until cheese is melted. Place the top bun with the cheese on top of the bottom bun with the philly cheesesteak meat. Eat warm! #icancookchallenge #BOOMchallenge
