Lasagna Rolls Step by Step You will need Ground beef Lasanga Noodles Your Desired Seasonings .. I used my Buttas All Purpose Seasoning Spaghetti sauce Cream cheese Cottage Cheese Ricotta Cheese Shredded Cheese Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. in a large skillet, season & cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce , creal cheese, cottage cheese, and ricotta (optional) TASTEEEEE IT make sure its to your liking Drain noodles. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each noodle, then spread meat sauce over; sprinkle more cheese if you want. Carefully roll up noodles and place seam side down in an 8-in. square baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts

Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef ½ cup breadcrumbs ¼ cup milk ¼ cup ketchup ¼ cup finely chopped onion ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 4 slices bacon ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese Glaze: ¼ cup ketchup 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp mustard Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Salt the eggplant slices and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in marinara sauce. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and Parmesan. In a baking dish, layer the eggplant slices, ricotta mixture, beef, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and finish with mozzarella on top. TACO TUESDAY TACO CUPS Ingredients: 2 slices Sargento reduced fat cheese slices* (1/2 Lean) 4 oz raw 95 to 97% lean ground beef, 3 oz cooked (1/2 Lean) 1 tsp taco seasoning of choice (2 Condiments) Additional Toppings: Lettuce and tomatoes (subtract from your Greens) 1 tbsp sour cream (1 Condiment) Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef over medium high heat for about 5 min or until cooked thoroughly. Drain any excess fat. Season with taco seasoning and stir until combined. Set aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay cheese slices on parchment paper and bake 6 to 7 min or until bubbly. Let cool on the baking sheet for about 1 to 2 min. Carefully pick up melted cheese slices and place on the bottom of a muffin tin. Let cool for 10 min. Place half the ground beef in one cup and the rest in the other cup. Top with your desired toppings! 1 Serving with 1 Lean and 3 Condiments

Mix in chicken, season with pepper, and stir well. 2.) Mix salsa with 1 cup water in a bowl. Spread 1 cup of this mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Warm tortillas in damp paper towels in the microwave for about 15 seconds until soft. 3.) Place tortillas on a surface and distribute chicken filling equally among them (about 1/4 cup per tortilla). Roll tortillas tightly and arrange seam-side down in the baking dish, filling it evenly. Gently press rolls to absorb sauce. Enjoy!! #eatyourselfhealthy Loaded Cauliflower Pizza Nachos Ingredients 1 batch Oven Roasted Cauliflower 1 cup canned diced tomatoes, drained (part of a 14.5 oz. can) 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup diced red onions 1 - 4 ounce can sliced black olives, drained 1/2 cup diced green pepper 1 1/3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup mini pepperonis (from a 5 oz. bag) Instructions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Bake cauliflower according to recipe directions. Combine the tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, olives, and green peppers in a bowl. Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls, so it is easier to divide into the pans later. Once the cauliflower is done cooking, place half the florets evenly in 2 - 6 inch cast iron pans. Divide one bowl of veggies between the two pans. Top each skillet with 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperonis. Repeat the layers again starting with the remaining cauliflower. Chopped Italian Sandwich 10 min | 5 servings | 3.24 CA/2.75 US per serving ½ head iceberg lettuce 1 large tomato ½ small red onion 5 slices ham 5 slices salami 2 slices provolone cheese ¼ cup banana peppers, optional 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp Epicure Spinach Dip Mix or Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 5 sub buns 1. On a large cutting board, chop lettuce. Slice tomato and onion. Place sliced tomato and onion overtop lettuce. Top with ham, salami, cheese, and banana peppers, if using. Chop into small, bite-sized pieces, combining everything as you go. 2. In a small bowl, combine mayo, dip mix, and vinegar. Spoon on top of sandwich filling on cutting board. Chop all ingredients one more time to combine. 3. Split and toast buns. Divide filling between buns. Tip: This recipe is high in sodium. Here’s how: 📝 Ingredients: - (1) 15 oz. can Bar Harbor® New England Clam Chowder - (1) 12-inch fresh flatbread - Pre-cooked bacon, crumbled - Chopped fresh tomatoes and 1 Tbsp. Thyme - 4-blend shredded pizza cheese or your favorite cheese, grated 👩🍳 Instructions: 1. Put the flatbread on stone, screen, or pan (a bit of olive oil on the bottom will make it crispy). 2. Spread the clam chowder like sauce over the crust (save any leftovers for soup!). 3. Sprinkle on the bacon 4. Add the tomatoes and Thyme. 5. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper or foil. Place the pizza crusts on the prepared pans and brush them with olive oil. Top the crusts with sauce, cheese and desired toppings. These Meatloaf Muffins are a fun twist on a classic dinner. 🍖🧄🥳 Ingredients: - 1 pound ground beef - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup chopped onion - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 egg - 1/4 cup milk - 1/4 cup ketchup - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - Salt and pepper to taste - Additional ketchup for topping Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a muffin pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. 3. Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin pan cups, pressing it firmly into each. 4. Top each meatloaf muffin with a spoonful of ketchup. 5.
