Here's a homemade BBQ burger recipe using either mutton or chicken: Ingredients: - 1 pound ground mutton or chicken - Salt and pepper to taste - 4 hamburger buns - 4 slices of cheese (optional) - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles Instructions: 1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Divide the ground mutton or chicken into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. 3. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through. 4. If using cheese, place a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt. 5. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet until lightly golden. 6. Once the patties are cooked and the cheese is melted (if using), remove them from the heat and assemble the burgers. 7. Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burgers INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs ground beef (I use venison) 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄4 cup onion, minced fine 9 -10 slices bacon 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 6 hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion and shape into 12 large, thin patties. Top six patties with 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese (this is approximate-use what looks right). Place remaining 6 patties on top of cheese/bacon topped patties and press edges to seal. Grill or broil for 3-4 minutes per side until done. We like ours well done. The last 2 minutes of cooking top patties with remaining bacon and cheese. Serve on buns.

Here’s how: 📝 Ingredients: - (1) 15 oz. can Bar Harbor® New England Clam Chowder - (1) 12-inch fresh flatbread - Pre-cooked bacon, crumbled - Chopped fresh tomatoes and 1 Tbsp. Thyme - 4-blend shredded pizza cheese or your favorite cheese, grated 👩🍳 Instructions: 1. Put the flatbread on stone, screen, or pan (a bit of olive oil on the bottom will make it crispy). 2. Spread the clam chowder like sauce over the crust (save any leftovers for soup!). 3. Sprinkle on the bacon 4. Add the tomatoes and Thyme. 5. "Game Day" Sliders Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) 1 packet onion soup mix (optional) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 12 slider buns 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup mustard 1/4 cup pickles, sliced 12 slices of cheese (optional) Lettuce and tomato slices Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with onion soup mix (optional) and form into 12 small patties. Cook the patties on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until done. Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a skillet. Assemble the sliders with ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Serve with chips or fries for the perfect game-day meal.
