Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burgers INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs ground beef (I use venison) 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄4 cup onion, minced fine 9 -10 slices bacon 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 6 hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion and shape into 12 large, thin patties. Top six patties with 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese (this is approximate-use what looks right). Place remaining 6 patties on top of cheese/bacon topped patties and press edges to seal. Grill or broil for 3-4 minutes per side until done. We like ours well done. The last 2 minutes of cooking top patties with remaining bacon and cheese. Serve on buns.

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOES Ingredients 1 lb lean ground beef 1 yellow onion finely diced 1 green pepper chopped ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup beef broth ¼ cup A-1 Steak Sauce 1 teaspoon steak seasoning sliced provolone cheese hamburger buns, sliders, etc. Instructions In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and salt until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir the cornstarch into the ground beef and mix together until the meat is coated in the cornstarch. Add the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Stir together and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer, while stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Mixture should thicken up and will thicken up more once it’s off the heat. While meat is simmering, set the oven to broil, and place the buns on a cookie sheet. Butter each bun. Broil for just a few minutes. Watch carefully as they can burn easily. When the meat is done use a slotted spoon to scoop it out onto each bottom bun. Place a slice of provolone cheese on the top bun. Broil for a few more minutes until cheese is melted. Place the top bun with the cheese on top of the bottom bun with the philly cheesesteak meat. Eat warm! #icancookchallenge #BOOMchallenge

"Game Day" Sliders Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) 1 packet onion soup mix (optional) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 12 slider buns 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup mustard 1/4 cup pickles, sliced 12 slices of cheese (optional) Lettuce and tomato slices Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with onion soup mix (optional) and form into 12 small patties. Cook the patties on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until done. Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a skillet. Assemble the sliders with ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Serve with chips or fries for the perfect game-day meal. Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Burger Wrap 🍔 Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup crumbled bacon 2 cups macaroni, cooked 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 large tortillas Lettuce leaves (optional) Instructions: Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cooked macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the beef, bacon, macaroni, and cheese mixture onto the center. If desired, add lettuce leaves on top of the filling. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Serve: Slice the wraps in half if preferred and serve immediately. 𝗞𝗲𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆'𝘀: Keto Eggplant Lasagna Ingredients: 1 large eggplant, sliced lengthwise 1 pound ground beef 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce 1 egg 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh basil for garnish Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Salt the eggplant slices and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in marinara sauce. Lasagna Rolls Step by Step You will need Ground beef Lasanga Noodles Your Desired Seasonings .. I used my Buttas All Purpose Seasoning Spaghetti sauce Cream cheese Cottage Cheese Ricotta Cheese Shredded Cheese Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. in a large skillet, season & cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce , creal cheese, cottage cheese, and ricotta (optional) TASTEEEEE IT make sure its to your liking Drain noodles. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each noodle, then spread meat sauce over; sprinkle more cheese if you want. Carefully roll up noodles and place seam side down in an 8-in. square baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until cheese melts

Three Mini Zuccini Sliders ⬇️ Ingredients: 12oz zucchini sliced into 1/2 inch rounds 6.5oz 90% lean ground beef divided into 3 portions 2 Kerrygold cheddar cheese wedges divided into 3 portions Preheat oven to 425 Season zucchini with salt/pepper and spray with cooking oil spray Bake for 5 mins Turn oven to broil, place pan near the top and broil 3-5 minutes or until zucchini is tender crisp. For each slider take portion of beef and divide - add cheese to middle and seal beef around. Do this for remaining 2 burgers. Cook in skillet for 6 minutes over medium high heat and flipping after 3 minutes. To plate: Zucchini slice on bottom, burger, dollop of mustard, and top with zucchini.
