"Game Day" Sliders Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) 1 packet onion soup mix (optional) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 12 slider buns 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup mustard 1/4 cup pickles, sliced 12 slices of cheese (optional) Lettuce and tomato slices Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with onion soup mix (optional) and form into 12 small patties. Cook the patties on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until done. Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a skillet. Assemble the sliders with ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Serve with chips or fries for the perfect game-day meal. Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burgers INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs ground beef (I use venison) 1 teaspoon salt 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄4 cup onion, minced fine 9 -10 slices bacon 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 6 hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion and shape into 12 large, thin patties. Top six patties with 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese (this is approximate-use what looks right). Place remaining 6 patties on top of cheese/bacon topped patties and press edges to seal. Grill or broil for 3-4 minutes per side until done. We like ours well done. The last 2 minutes of cooking top patties with remaining bacon and cheese. Serve on buns.

Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese Burger Wrap 🍔 Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup crumbled bacon 2 cups macaroni, cooked 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 large tortillas Lettuce leaves (optional) Instructions: Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cooked macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the beef, bacon, macaroni, and cheese mixture onto the center. If desired, add lettuce leaves on top of the filling. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Serve: Slice the wraps in half if preferred and serve immediately. Too many sweet treats haunting the little ones? Bake up these savory, Halloween-themed mini pizzas instead. Another bite-size recipe for the Brownie Pan. With so many uses, how could you survive the holidays without one? Recipe 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated seamless crescent dough ¼ cup pizza sauce 4 oz block mozzarella cheese 12 black olives Yield: 12 pizzas Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove dough from package (do not unroll). Cut dough into 12 even discs. Press discs evenly into the wells of Brownie Pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Spoon about one tsp of sauce over each crust. Shave thin ribbons from the side of the cheese using the Serrated Peeler. Layer cheese at angles over the sauce to form the “wraps” of the mummy face. Here's a homemade BBQ burger recipe using either mutton or chicken: Ingredients: - 1 pound ground mutton or chicken - Salt and pepper to taste - 4 hamburger buns - 4 slices of cheese (optional) - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles Instructions: 1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Divide the ground mutton or chicken into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper. 3. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through. 4. If using cheese, place a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt. 5. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet until lightly golden. 6. Once the patties are cooked and the cheese is melted (if using), remove them from the heat and assemble the burgers. 7. Place each patty on a toasted bun, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and add any desired toppings. 8. PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLOPPY JOES Ingredients 1 lb lean ground beef 1 yellow onion finely diced 1 green pepper chopped ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup beef broth ¼ cup A-1 Steak Sauce 1 teaspoon steak seasoning sliced provolone cheese hamburger buns, sliders, etc. Instructions In a skillet pan, over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef, onion, green pepper, and salt until beef is no longer pink. Drain. Stir the cornstarch into the ground beef and mix together until the meat is coated in the cornstarch. Add the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Stir together and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer, while stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Mixture should thicken up and will thicken up more once it’s off the heat. While meat is simmering, set the oven to broil, and place the buns on a cookie sheet. Butter each bun. Broil for just a few minutes. Watch carefully as they can burn easily. When the meat is done use a slotted spoon to scoop it out onto each bottom bun. Place a slice of provolone cheese on the top bun. Broil for a few more minutes until cheese is melted. Place the top bun with the cheese on top of the bottom bun with the philly cheesesteak meat. Eat warm! #icancookchallenge #BOOMchallenge
