A persona is a fictional, yet realistic, description of a typical or target user of the product. A persona is an archetype instead of an actual living human, but personas should be described as if they were real people. 🎯 Ask anyone about user personas, and they’re going to give you one of two answers: They love them! They hate them with the white-hot passion of an exploding star! ➡ Day 43 to 44 : ✅ I have given a task to prepare a user persona and i have made it through Figma with help of some information of a person I know  you can check my user persona in here: https://lnkd.in/gKcKviKH ➡ Day 45 to 46 : I have given a task to find local problems in my community not based on any other specified field. So, I have chosen a common problem that our locality people face. ⚓ Food in most communities is no longer grown or raised locally and is commonly sprayed with poisons and raised with hormones. The solution is home gardens, community gardens, and markets that offer locally produced foods. The larger the community is that supports or contributes to these solutions, the more effective and comprehensive they can be.  Want to be sure what is in your food and where it is coming from? Be a part of the production process. Duplicable food infrastructure designed to produce food that is grown on-site. Day 3: User Research User research is the secret sauce behind creating products that people can’t get enough of. It’s all about understanding our users – what they need, how they think, and what makes them tick – so we can design products that truly resonate. Why It Matters: Understanding our users isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a game-changer. It means smarter decisions, happier users, and a more successful product overall. When we know exactly what our users want and need, we can create experiences that feel like magic. How We Do It: We use a variety of methods to get inside the minds of our users, from surveys and interviews to user testing and field studies. Each method gives us a unique perspective and helps us uncover insights that we wouldn’t have found otherwise. Steps to Success: It’s not enough to just do user research – we have to do it right. That means setting clear goals, choosing the right methods, recruiting the right participants, and analyzing our findings thoroughly. And most importantly, it means using those findings to iterate and improve our product continuously. By putting our users front and center in the design process, we can create products that not only meet their needs but exceed their expectations. This is Day-14 of my15-day challenge to share my journey as a recent graduate of Stakeholder Democracy Network (SDN) #WIT first batch as a product designer and brand identity enthusiast. I’m currently taking the Google Foundations of User Experience course on Coursera, and today, I want to share some key insights I’ve learned about design sprints. This method is invaluable for quickly solving design challenges and testing new ideas. Key Takeaways on Design Sprints: ⏱️ Speed: Design sprints accelerate the design process by condensing months of work into just a few days, allowing for rapid prototyping and iteration. 💡 Innovation: This structured approach fosters creativity and innovation, pushing teams to think outside the box and develop unique solutions. 🔄 User-Centric: Design sprints prioritize user feedback, ensuring that the solutions developed are grounded in actual user needs and behaviors. The 5 Phases of a Design Sprint: Understand: Define the problem and establish goals. Gather insights to set the direction. Sketch: Generate a wide range of ideas through sketching. Decide: Narrow down the ideas and select the most promising ones. Prototype: Build a realistic, testable prototype of the chosen solution. Test: Validate the prototype with real users and gather feedback. Following all these processes allows for quick design iterations, enabling us to efficiently move from concept to a validated solution. Day 12 to 15 of 15 days HerTechTrail cohort10 content challenge ✈️✈️✈️✈️ Over the last few days, I’ve been working on some exciting features for HealthPro, and here’s a quick rundown of what I’ve been up to: Day 12: Feature Prototype I created a mid-fidelity prototype using Figma for HealthPro’s upcoming features, focusing on user-friendliness and alignment with user needs. It was insightful, and I’ve identified key areas for improvement to enhance the user experience. Day 14: Updated PRD Following the usability tests, I’ve updated the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to reflect the necessary adjustments based on user feedback. The changes aim to ensure the features are intuitive and meet user expectations. Here's a snapshot: 📍Adoption Strategy: Focused on user education, personalized communication, and a rewards system. 📍Market Entry: Targeting urban health-conscious users, forming hospital partnerships, and leveraging a freemium model. Tracking key metrics like user engagement and retention will help refine our approach. It’s been an incredible journey applying product management skills to a real-world scenario, and I’m excited to continue building on these strategies! I’ve officially come to the end of my 15-day HerTechTrail cohort 10 content challenge, and what an incredible journey it’s been and I’ve learned so much during this challenge, and I’m grateful I didn’t give up despite the constraints I faced.
