There will be ski holidays ... ⛷ Thank you to everyone who took the time to vote. 7% believed it's not very sustainable going on a skiing holiday 29% believe it is and the majority with 64% said it depends. I'm with the it depends camp. There is a constant battle of weighing up what is right, what is best for the environment, what is best for mental health and quite often these are conflicting. The journey towards sustainability is not about absolute dos and don'ts but about making informed, conscious decisions. At Midnight Blue we continue to look at the environmental as well as social values, looking at best practices for both our planet and our well-being, and love working with companies who feel the same. I really enjoyed Miriam Reason talk yesterday on mental health at Hillier Hopkins LLP - if you want to spend more time doing something, you need to spend less time doing something else, this resonated with me both in work and at home.
