This afternoon, the ‘Top 250 Growth Companies in the Netherlands’ event, hosted by nlgroeit and the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship, will be taking place once again. I’m honoured that ADC Consulting is, once more, among this select group of 250 companies driving innovation and job creation across the country; a tremendous feat considering the more than 2 million businesses in the Netherlands. When we first launched ADC in 2017, I was convinced that growth wasn’t a goal in itself, but simply the byproduct of satisfied clients and happy employees. Yet as we’ve evolved, my view has shifted. If we truly believe that the work we’re doing makes a difference, then achieving growth becomes a responsibility; it amplifies our ability to make an impact. At ADC, our ambition is to bring consulting back to its roots, delivering genuine expertise that helps our clients make lasting improvements. As Mariana Mazzucato insightfully notes in The Big Con, much of the consulting industry falls short on real value creation, often due to its short-term focus and lack of deep expertise. Our aim is to chart a different path, providing real technical insight, a commitment to genuine impact, and a culture that moves away from the traditional partner hierarchy toward a collaborative model fit for the modern age. These aspirations were mostly dreams in the beginning, but as ADC grows, we’re realising that they may actually be within reach. Growth has become more than just a metric; it’s the very vehicle for expanding our positive influence. Of course, this growth must never come at the expense of our values and commitment to meaningful work. Striking this balance is essential. As we look across the Netherlands and Europe, I believe it’s time to celebrate growth more openly. Growth should be a point of pride, and today, I’m proud to say that ADC Consulting is once again among the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. And we’re far from finished. #Top250groeibedrijven #growth

I greatly enjoyed a conversation with these successful Benelux CEOs/founders on how they are planning to expand into the US market and what their goals are. Among our most important discussion points was the need to create a tailored Go to Market Plan, with strategies, approaches that are based on data and realistic goals. We've created a "blueprint" based on five key areas emerging companies need to review and understand to be successful and shared that with the team. I wish much success to each of these leaders. #Followaplan #Nuancesmatter #Understandyourmarket

🎈From Competitor to Partner! ... 😅It has been a “tough” encounter in Malta with Frank Hoerl; a people focused leader with a high-quality approach in the Hilton Malta, while I was assigned to open the InterContinental Malta. But he was supportive, collaboration oriented and even then, he showed high integrity. 🤞It was an encounter which led to years of contact, talks and visits. He was one who never stopped developing himself and his teams. Leading 20 years later to our first deeper collaboration when Frank started @Next Generation Hospitality Consulting. It was natural that we teamed up for one of our Berlin clients – a big success. ❓Then I asked for his feedback when we launched our latest and heart passion project. He was always ready to help; supporting from day one. Now a circle has closed and what started as a competitive relation has turned into real partnership, when Frank decided to recently join Singular Places as our 4th angel investor❗ and the first taking an active role in our structure leading strategy and finance. 🙏I cannot thank you enough Frank – for your friendship over the years, the insights and support, the passion you always have for our people in this industry, the connections you always share and now your trust in our project! What a journey – can´t wait for the next steps my friend 😊 #partnership #impactstartup #angelinvestor #collaborationforthegoals #investforimpact #strongertogether #travelbetter #hospitalityofthefuture
