Is anyone else getting contacted by a lot of places looking for you to 'pay in' or that are driven solely by how many sales are completed? Also finding some in which a 'leader' has so many people below them and is paid more based on the bottom tiers' performance. I am looking for a full-time remote position with steady pay. Any advice on how to find a job that runs similar to a traditional position but is done remotely? The last thing I need is to get scammed or run into a pyramid scheme.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 " The more acute the problem that you solve, the more willing people are to look beyond the paywall " The other day I caught myself wishing I had more credible relationships based on the vision I have for the future. After 7 years of building my business as a soloprenuer, I've learned a very expensive lesson. Every time I seat on my desk to work embracing remote work, I am losing credible relationships. I love how my in-office friends have a goto for everything. They get lot's of favours & great with conversations. It's one of the benefit of working for a physical office. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 If you work remotely, you will see yourself in no time beginning to loose touch with things that doesn't involve internet and wires. I have that too, hence why I want to create a product for myself that solve this issue. It's not going to 5% digital and 95% physical. 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀 I know a lot of persons have these issues, but for now I just want to solve it for myself. The most profitable decisions I've made came from trusting my instincts and solving my own problems. As a soloprenuer, give yourself the chance to enjoy solving your own problem without thinking others are solving bigger problems like world hunger. Know why I love solving my problems? Because, I can iterate it the way I like without a care in this world. 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 In the world of software sales, especially for SaaS (Software as a Service) and Payments, working from home has changed a lot about hiring and keeping good salespeople. With over 25 years of work, including time spent leading sales at American Express and finding top talent in FinTech, I’ve seen firsthand how remote work has reshaped our industry. The shift to remote work means companies in software sales can find and keep talented people from anywhere. This is great but also means we need smart ways to attract and keep the best sales folks. Simple Strategies for Today’s Sales World: 1️⃣ Flexibility is Key: Salespeople today want jobs that fit their lives, not just a paycheck. Offering the chance to work from anywhere can make a job more appealing. 2️⃣ Keep Learning and Growing: Good salespeople always want to get better. Offering training and chances to move up in the company can make your company stand out. 3️⃣ Pay Well and Offer More: A good salary is important, but so are bonuses, stock options, and benefits that take care of them and their families. 4️⃣ Be a Team, Even From Afar: Creating a welcoming and supportive team culture is important, even when everyone works from home. This makes people feel connected and valued. 5️⃣ Use Great Tools: Giving your team the best tools for their job not only helps them work better but also attracts people who like using the latest technology. By using these ideas, companies selling software can hire great people from all over and keep them happy and productive. It’s all about understanding what today’s sales professionals are looking for in a job. I’d love to hear how remote work has changed the way you hire and keep sales talent in the software industry. What’s worked for you? _____________________________ If you’re looking to make your sales team even stronger in this new work-from-home world, get in touch. I’m here to share what I know and help you find the right people. #SoftwareSales #WorkFromHome #Hiring #KeepingTalent #SaaS #Payments

I don't sell much on my feed; but gonna do it here. I blasted this out to my database earlier but if you want to take landing solid sales roles into your own hands instead of paying thousands of dollars for a paid placement program, this is for you: ++++++++++++++++ The Remote/High-Ticket space is changing, and not all in good ways… These days there seem to be WAY more "pay-to-play", "guaranteed job" or "paid placement" agencies trying to charge you THOUSANDS of dollars for a sales role. Freaking ridiculous! Anyone that knows me knows I am VEHEMENTLY against such atrocities. That being said, I know there are lot of people who have reached out to me for a job and I have unfortunately not been able to help. I wish that wasn't so. But, I am at the mercy of what companies require and can only select candidates for interview consideration based on the criteria they give me. If I had my way, I would place EVERYONE in a role. That being said, I have long wanted to put together a simple yet powerful protocol to help remote reps land great offers on thier own without having to pay anything by simply equipping them with the strategies needed to sift and sort through all the garbage in this space without spending days and weeks or a bunch of money on scams. Rather than do this myself however, I’ve decided to simply share a program built and developed by a trusted buddy of mine - James Lawrence Some of you may already know him. He has an overwhemly positive and influential voice in the space and one of the very few that I would ever consider "endorsing". He only sells on top accounts himself and has mastered the ability to land offers at will. It's beyond reasonably priced and you can find out all the details here: https://lnkd.in/gxQ9HdTE This is the best way I know how to help the space as my job pipeline is only so big and can only support so many at once. I also desperately want to shut these pay-to-play fools down. We can alll help make that a reality by equipping ourselves with the skills to do this on our own so we can starve them to the point they have no choice but to close their doors. P.S. This is an affiliate link. Thanks so much. God bless.
