I had the pleasure of speaking with Jamauri Bynum-Bridgewater, a recent graduate of Grambling State University in Louisiana and a former IBM SkillsBuild learner and IBM ambassador at his campus. After graduating, he immediately got a job at a Fortune 500 company and is now making an impact as a digital product manager. I love connecting with young professionals. It reminds me of my early days as an engineering student and helps me understand how new generations are navigating technology and their evolving needs. These conversations are also crucial as we continuously enhance IBM SkillsBuild to better serve learners like Jamauri. In our conversation, Jamauri shared how generative AI is transforming the way young professionals work, making learning faster and automating repetitive tasks. He also emphasized the power of mentorship in building confidence, overcoming challenges, and shaping clear career paths. It was so lovely to see how excited and dedicated Jamauri is, and to witness how proud he is of his trajectory. I can’t wait to see how he continues to grow and make an even bigger impact in the future. You can watch the full interview here: https://lnkd.in/eqQ9TBdW
