I am beyond grateful and truly humbled to be recognized as Sioux Falls, SD's 2024 Local Business Person of the Year by Alignable, the largest online networking platform for small business owners. This accolade represents not just my efforts but the collective spirit and resilience of our local business community. The Alignable 2024 Local Businessperson Of The Year Contest saw an unprecedented level of participation, with over 309,000 votes and 64,000 recommendations, showcasing the incredible support and unity among business owners across the U.S. and Canada. It's a reflection of how, even in challenging economic times, we've come together to support each other, share wisdom, and navigate the hurdles of rising interest rates, rents, and supply costs. This award is a testament to the power of community. It's about all of us in Sioux Falls, SD, who believe in looking out for one another, referring customers to our neighbors, and offering a helping hand whenever needed. The challenges of the past year have only strengthened our resolve to support each other, and I am so proud to be part of this amazing community. Receiving this special badge on my Alignable profile is not just a personal achievement but a spotlight on the incredible network of small business owners in rural America. The Lekker Network Founding Membership is Officially LIVE! 🚀 We’re thrilled to announce that The Lekker Network Founding Membership is now open, and we’ve officially kicked off this exciting journey! 🎉 By becoming a Founding Member, you’ll have a unique opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning. Our founding members will serve as the voice and custodians of what this network will become. What does that mean? Founding members will help shape the strategy, help choose the value propositions, and will have the opportunity to take part in focus/strategy groups that will drive the future of what The Lekker Network will look like.
