Good points. The two that stand out for me: - Importance of addressing 'tacit' knowledge: I had not thought of this before, and this is a key insight. If agents can help us extract and encode tacit knowledge, that can be another big improvement over RPA and BPM. - Authorization and Messaging: Agents will these enablers to do their thing, but with the right controls.
