Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A: I wanted to be loads of things but one that re-occured was a Firefighter. Q: What was your first paying job? A: I delivered the Evening Times when I was a schoolboy. Q: What attracted you to RtM? A: I was drawn to RtM as our offer closely matched my skillset. It became quickly apparent that the company is aligned to my values of hard work, honesty and being a team player. Q: What three items would you take with you to a deserted island? A: Matches, A hammock and a good book. Q: Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies? A: I have 3 daughters so I can do a mean French plait Q: What motivates you at work? A: Sales for me is a very self motivating. On one hand, to do my very best and secondly to be as best a team member as I can. Q: What’s a skill you’d like to improve on? A: There are many. I am a firm advocate of 'Every day is a school day'. Q: Favourite films? A: There are loads but The Godfather 1 and 2 are pretty perfect. Q: What’s your most-used productivity hack? A: Very boring but you can't beat an old fashioned 'To Do' list Q: What excites you most about working at RtM? A: Getting stuck into my campaigns and repaying the faith shown in my by the company.
