One of the most rewarding aspects of being in sales is helping my "champions" look like champions to their leaders and teams. Picture this: C-suite praising, "We're so glad you found this solution for our company, {Name}. This will enhance our CX and save us {Number} of manual hours." So many of my champions are being measured by this project and its execution. It's easy to overlook the burden they shoulder. When the deal closes, it's not only a win for my team, it's a win for the buyer.
