The excitement I get when I receive an invitation to attend a function to share what we offer as a company. Every month comes with its own blessings and challenges. Today is the 2nd day of August and the invitation couldn't fail to be celebrated. Yes I was given a platform to showcase our products as SUPA STEPS. I could be over excited over the small wins but that's me. I celebrate every small win as a company. Let us learn to acknowledge and celebrate the small wins. By doing this you get motivated to start striking higher. You would want to win big after starting small. I encourage us to start celebrating the little wins. This will elevate your company to the next level. Appreciating your efforts will lead to getting rewarded when you start closing sales. In sales effort is appreciated and a close is rewarded. Let's start by appreciating our efforts then get rewarded. I celebrate myself and the entire work force of our company. We will not get tired of acknowledging our achievements.

It’s the last day of Q3. Are you a rep in panic mode or one of the few ringing the gong? Remember, what separates the two is the 30-day rule. The work you did last month is fueling your pipeline today. What you do now will set the tone for Q4. As we close out the quarter, here’s what to keep in mind: - The deals you’re closing now resulted from last month’s efforts. - Instead of just celebrating, keep prospecting to avoid an empty pipeline in Q4. - Consistency is key—don’t slow down as the quarter ends. Celebrate those Q3 wins, but remember, Q4 success starts with today’s work!

Ever feel like you are working hard but not getting anywhere? Maybe it's because you’re only focused on the big wins. --Making $20K MRR --Landing your next job --Signing 2 new customers --Making your quarterly numbers Let’s talk about why it's super important to celebrate small wins. Because they make the journey fun and keep us motivated! If we only focus on the big prize, we miss the joy of the little steps that get us there. So, here's your friendly reminder: celebrate those small wins, not just the big ones! Here are some things I am celebrating this week: --Booking 3 client meetings --Making customer cold calls --Leaving 10 replies in my niche --Adding 10 clients to my Ronin sales funnel --Just publishing a post, even if it wasn't perfect Giving yourself credit for the little stuff makes everything more enjoyable and keeps you in the game longer. 😊 Celebrate if you applied to a job, networked with someone, scored an interview, researched a company or took any action this week. What's a small win you've had recently? Share it with me in the comments! Let's celebrate together!

Ever heard the phrase "from hero to zero"? In sales, we hear it often, but there shouldn’t be lows after a win. The feeling of success in sales is unmatched and should be celebrated to inspire even greater achievements. Success in sales deserves recognition and applause, not to be overlooked or forgotten. The real question is: does this happen enough? How can we, as a community, make it a priority? #wellbeinginsales #verso

Revenue is a team sport. Don't forget your team. Victory tastes sweeter when it's shared. ❌ "I just closed a $100K deal!" ✅ "We just closed a $100K deal! LG team" 👆 The best salespeople I've coached always had this mindset. And, these aren't just platitudes at the end, it is how you approach the deal I would rather you lose as a team than win alone Because over time, you will win more with the team, than alone So, when you close a deal, don't forget who helped you get there. - Customer Success - Sales Engineer - Sales Manager - Legal Team - Marketing - Deal Desk The list goes on and on. Celebrate your wins. Together. 👋 If you liked this, give me a follow ♻️ Repost if this landed with you.
