Through my journey in the Ecosystem University Partner Manager Mastermind program, I've learned how to flip the script in thinking about ideal partners, which has profoundly influenced how I approach selecting our new partners. 🌟 The big takeaway was flipping the script on how we think about ideal partners. Instead of just listing what makes a partner great, we considered what would make potential partner a bad fit and flipped that around. It's like figuring out what we don't want so we can find exactly what we do want. It's a bit of a game-changer in how we approach picking our partners.
