  • Are you setting your goals & bar LOW enough?? "Huh.... aren't I supposed to set a HIGH bar & commit to BIG goals?" Not if you ACTUALLY want to achieve SUSTAINED success. The famous book "Diary of a CEO" teaches this concept well: Yes, growth happens outside of your comfort zone, so you NEED to push your boundaries to expand it, full stop. But if you commit to overly ambitious goals that are unrealistic for you to SUSTAIN, you will inevitably venture into the 'Panic Zone' where negative evidence is created (i.e., "yup, I knew I couldn't do X, Y or Z") Think of when Simba wanted to venture into the dark side; he was doing so well pushing himself into the growth zone, but the second those hyenas came he hit the panic zone and went back to square one (his comfort zone). So, going into 2025, think about what the GROWTH zone can look like for you in your #1 growth area, and ALSO consider what type of goal setting might lead you into the PANIC zone, and set weekly & monthly KPIs that keep you firmly within the growth zone. This is what Ecosystem University is all about, maximizing your time spent in the GROWTH zone, when incredible outcomes are possible and extreme CONFIDENCE is maintained Good luck, you absolutely got this 🫡
