Wow what an incredible week of training💥 Within the last 7 days I attended two action-packed days at Agent Rainmaker Live, and what an experience! From powerhouse speakers to networking with the brightest minds in the business, this event was brilliant. 💫 Plus, the awards- so inspiring to see all the incredible achievements from likeminded companies in our industry! 🏆 Then, I with my colleagues got a full day of training with the fab Jo Bourne If you’ve ever had the pleasure to learn from Jo, you know exactly what I mean when I say her sessions inspire mindset shifts and a safe space for some serious self reflection to help encourage you into making the necessary changes. I’m leaving both sessions feeling empowered to implement strategies I have learnt and with loads of new connections and goals. This week's Employee Spotlight focuses on Nathan Barnett, Chief Operating Officer. 1️⃣ Briefly share your background and what brought you to 71a? I worked closely with Edward Newman for many years at money.co.uk, Zoopla and Uswitch, growing performance marketing alongside Ed’s product development. Ed approached me to build out marketing services for 71a way back in 2020, not long after he started the company, and the rest is history. 2️⃣ Favourite part about working at 71a? Working on solving clients’ marketing problems and seeing the strategies come to life. It’s great to see the tangible results of our work, seeing revenue growth, new hires and getting feedback on how we’ve helped grow our client’s businesses. 3️⃣ What keeps you motivated? The fresh challenges daily, no two days or clients are the same and we are always on a learning curve. 4️⃣ We love a bit of Karaoke at 71a! What’s your go to song and why? Wonderwall, everyone always joins in and can drown out my “wonderful” singing voice! 5️⃣ Tell us what you love doing outside of work? I love spending time with my family, playing football and volunteering as a parent governor at my local village school.

🌟 Reflections from FLY Entertainment’s Sales Training 🌟 Last week, our team at FLY Entertainment had the privilege of attending the 'Serve the Client With Your Brand' Starter Program, conducted by the dynamic team at F.A.M.E. — led by Jarrod and supported by newly minted trainers Bunz and Karen. What we anticipated to be a day of hard-selling tactics turned out to be an introspective journey that challenged us to dig deeper into our personal motivations. One of the most impactful exercises involved revisiting the moment we first accepted our roles at FLY. This powerful activity reminded us why we joined FLY Entertainment in the first place and how those motivations fuel our passion today. Some key lessons we walked away with: ✅ Understanding our own motivations: Knowing why we do what we do helps us better serve others. ✅ Communication is key: Effective dialogue is the cornerstone of building meaningful relationships. ✅ Conflict resolution: Navigating differences with empathy is essential to fostering trust and collaboration. By looking inward, we’ve grown more confident in our ability to serve not just our clients but also the brands we represent. A huge thank you to F.A.M.E. for such a transformative experience!
