Hey everyone, As some of you might know, I've been in the TOB Warpath and also the recent concluded 3-day challenge, using every free resource in The Objection Box general group, learning as much as I can by watching live training sessions and videos since I can't afford the paid training and coaching. Here are some Interesting Golden Nuggets (part 1) which I've learnt over the period I've spent learning from Bill Walsh james Hayes Kieran Humphreys Jack Walsh Nick Schroder Princess Bonhomme Feel free to let me know which resonates with you in the comment section below: ✅ Always ask one specific question at a time to allow prospects to provide more answers and leverage the call. ✅ If the prospect shares something that you can't relate to or believe, keep looping them until you intuitively feel it's time to move on. ✅ The purpose of a sales call is to create an emotional roller coaster experience for the prospect, from the pain of their current situation to the joy of achieving their goals. ✅ Asking difficult questions is crucial to earning the commission in sales. ✅ Use the information from the "Why Now" section to frame the first inaction question and highlight the consequences of not taking action. ✅ If an answer from the prospect can be used in the cost of inaction or objection handling, it is considered good enough. Otherwise, dig deeper. ✅ Challenge prospects to want to make changes rather than feeling obligated to do so. ✅ Be skeptical of prospects who open up too easily during the call, as there may be objections later on. Challenge them on the potential reality of not taking action. ✅ Focus on the most painful tangibles mentioned by prospects and use them to drive the conversation. ✅ When pitching, focus on the package that best fits the prospect's current situation and offers a solution to their problem. Avoid overwhelming them with multiple options. ✅ Never assume things on the call; listen to what prospects say and use their exact words to guide the conversation. ✅ Use a preamble before asking uncomfortable questions to set the context and ensure they land effectively. ✅ Keep inaction questions centered around "What happens when NOTHING changes?" and focus on the prospect's day-to-day experience. ✅ Uncover the consequences of inaction from the prospect's perspective, rather than future pacing. ✅ Absorb what prospects say, internalize it, and use it to challenge and engage them. ✅ Probe prospects on their emotions rather than logic to understand their motivations and pain points. ✅ Avoid saying "You told me" and instead rephrase it as "I know you mentioned" to maintain a collaborative tone. ✅ Slow down and be empathetic when prospects open up, creating a safe space for them to share their emotions. ✅ The cost of inaction is a critical point in the sales process, as people are more motivated to avoid pain than to seek pleasure. Thanks to TOB team and everyone I'm learning from. Let's keep grinding 💪

Throwback to the Sales Lab Days It’s been 5 months since I graduated from Conestoga College, and I can’t help but reflect on the good old days… well, let’s be honest, they weren’t always easy! Every Friday morning, I’d make that one-hour journey to attend the Sales Lab class, and I’ll admit, I wasn’t exactly thrilled about the early mornings. But something always changed once I stepped into the classroom. Shoutout to my amazing classmates – I think we all had that mutual “Why are we here this early?” feeling at first, but by the end of class, we’d walk out saying, “It was totally worth it!” 💯 A massive thank you to Professor Preeti Pinch and Balyodh Gill for teaching us sales in such a practical, relatable, and FUN way! You both transformed what felt like a dreaded early morning into one of the most valuable experiences in my learning journey. Those cold calls, role plays, and everything else you made us do – I now realize how much they prepared us for the real world of sales. Here’s a little throwback to those unforgettable moments in the Sales Lab. Miss those days and the friends I made along the way! #Throwback #SalesLab #ConestogaCollege #Grateful #LearningJourney #Sales #AccountExecutive #Classmates #SalesTraining #Networking

Can we normalize talking about all the 'no's it takes to get to a 'yes'? I’m celebrating wrapping up my first 30 days in my new role! These first 30 days as a Business Development Representative have been eye-opening. The calls, the emails, the being ghosted...yep, it's all new. Did you know reaching a prospect takes an average of 8 attempts? The learning curve is real. It's a lot of research, connecting, prospecting, and often.. being ignored. Thinking about a BDR role? Here's what to expect: ❌ DON'T expect overnight wins. Building relationships takes time. ✅ DO expect rejection. It's how you bounce back that matters. ❌ DON'T expect an easy path. Be ready to work hard. ✅ DO expect to learn and grow. Every single day. The ratio of 'no's to 'yes's might be challenging, but at least there is a lesson hidden in each ‘no’ or rejected phone call and email. What recent victory are you celebrating?

In the last 30 days, I've: ↳ Mentored 4 female coaches ↳ Made £10,000 (keeping up the mark) ↳ Launched 2 more brand-new offers 🥳 But if I'm being completely honest: I barely work 5 hours a day now. It only took 3 things to get here: 1. A offer generation formula 2. A well-oiled sales pipeline 3. A client retention system That really is it. My point? Stop working hard. Instead, start doing the work that actually grows your business: - Sales - Offers - Client acquisition That's why I believe in sales systems over techniques. Exactly what I teach female coaches in my sales mentorship program. Small reps in the right direction. And you WIN 🔥

Ever feel like you should be able to handle everything that’s thrown at you? Especially if you have the title. There's pressure from them, but mostly from ... you I know I have. I’ve always been confident, but there’s been times… 😬 Boy, did I procrastinate over sales calls. The craziest thing? The role was created especially for me, because I had the skills and...confidence. I put calls off, put them off, put them off… I was terrified > what if they laughed > what would they think of me? > what if I couldn’t answer that question?… 😬 Sales presentation for a £300,000,000 project What if I cocked it up, we lost, and it was my fault? I wish I’d learned the techniques I use, back then. It would have saved me so much grief. When I learned to turn on confidence like a tap, I could ⭐️ Sell that idea, as easily as taking a long hot bath. ⭐️ Make any kind of sales call or pitch to anyone, and not lay awake the night before. ⭐️ Present like I’d been at it for years, to the point I got compliments, and was asked to go onto other teams’ presentations. ⭐️ Have that sensitive conversation, and not overthink how they might respond. If this is where you want to be, my 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 mini Masterclass is for you When it's familiar. confidence is easy, but when it's new and risky? Pulling confidence out of your pocket anytime you need it is the answer. Tomorrow the, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 mini masterclass, moves to standard pricing. Get it at Early Bird pricing while you can. Check out the details here. 👉🏻 https://buff.ly/3TtHguF P.S. If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?

How taking a step back has given me clarity this week: Here's some context- - I was feeling a little flat- just not my usual self. - I just wasn't sure what was wrong as nothing specific had happened to trigger this emotion. And so I stopped: - STOPPED social interactions which take up energy - STOPPED working until late in the evening - STOPPED making sales calls during the day (doing this was really getting me down which really isn't like me...I'm a salesperson after all and love my job) Instead of trying to figure it out and go into analysis overdrive, I DID NOTHING. - I cleaned my house - I went for a walk - I focused on the parts of my job I was enjoying at the time - I spent time with Leela-Rose & Shanti - I didn't offload to Joe - I just sat in that feeling for 24 hours James my mentor and co-founder of the Sales Growth Academy called me to catch up and see how I was doing. And through this conversation I realised what was wrong... I lost track of why I was launching the Sales Growth Academy and who I really wanted to support (based on my track record). And then it clicked... Supporting multi million pound companies with layers of sales teams isn't my bag. Helping ambitious CEOs selling a service hit their £1m revenue goal is EXACTLY what I love doing. It's who I represent It's who I've supported for 20 years It's what truly makes me happy. And most importantly it's where I make the biggest impact So what's my point?!? Sometimes you need to step back, reflect and DO NOTHING And in those times, when your head is more clear of the noise, you become more aware of what's truly niggling you. Only when you become aware of this can you make the right choices for you. Without this awareness you just keep running on the treadmill of life...not even knowing whether you're happy or not. PS: Wondering what this has to do with the pic? From this one experience of reflection, we've become very clear on who we want to support at the Sales Growth Academy and this is reflected on our home-page. Is this your goal? Become a free member of the academy and start using our resources to hit your sales goals. See link in comments

POV: you’re ready to stop playing in the wasted energy of deciding and finally just DECIDE! You’ve been saying you want something more, something new. Something that offers you freedom AND structure. But do you mean that enough to BE about it, or just enough to TALK about it? What if you decided that ⚡️right now⚡️is the moment you commit to your next evolution in business? Is the reason you’re putting it off a real reason, or is it a fear-based excuse? When I enrolled and started my agency, I focused on two things: 1️⃣Showing UP: Diving directly into my licensing exam, getting on trainings, listening in on live calls, watching my mentor, studying agents’ content & recruitment pages, learning the business like it was my full-time job (because I was going to make sure it became that) 2️⃣Showing OUT: Starting dials immediately, recruiting without waiting & building my agency full of other agents from the start, putting myself out there for feedback by doing live dials in front of an experienced audience on Zoom I did those things because I have always been one to take charge of my reality. Things don’t happen TO me. I make them happen💥 And now just months in, I make 4-figure commissions off of sales and overrides when my agents make sales... 🚀and it’s only up from here. This is the reality we’re creating when you become an agent and start to grow your own agency. YOU building for YOU. Achieving your own goals, growing your own team, taking this thing as far as it can go, with me at your side. Comment or DM me “agent” to apply.
