Let’s break it down! 📊   At PayRetailers, we focus on the following data to enhance our hiring processes, align our goals, and meet market demands:   1. Conversion rates 📈 First contact ➡️ Interview ➡️ Offer. Tracking conversion throughout this pipeline reveals the most effective sourcing channels and engagement strategies. It also enables us to identify how we should redefine our approach and allocate resources.   2. Candidate preferences ✍️ Understanding candidate preferences, such as salary expectations and work models (e.g. remote, hybrid, in-office), helps us align our strategies with market demands and stay competitive.   3. Negotiating with hiring teams 🤝 Once we’ve gathered this data, we present it to our hiring team. Motivational Monday: A Journey Through Growth and Determination It’s been a month since I joined Amazon Fresh, and the experience has been eye-opening. Every day, I encounter a variety of personalities, merchants, and challenges, and I’ve learned so much about adaptability, teamwork, and perseverance. This role isn’t what most would expect from someone with a career in recruiting, but it’s exactly what my family needed—and I wouldn’t trade the lessons for anything. When I return to recruiting, I hope the industry and hiring managers recognize that every experience adds value. Working in retail is about more than just stocking shelves or running registers.
