The level of focus of good candidates should not be impacted by the holiday season. If you are a professional, you should not behave like a cat. Suggestion: To increase the focus of your pool of candidates, you should try those who are actively looking for a job (opposed to those who are already employed). Trust me, job seekers are extremely motivated, even during the holiday season…! 🎄
Wait, y’all are doing interviews in December?
We’re out here searching for an interview! There are many people unemployed and struggling to find a job. I don’t know about others, but this is just another month for me. I can’t celebrate the holidays without income and bills to pay. I spend my entire day, every day, looking for a job, and as each day passes, I grow more concerned and stressed. I’m really hoping to find a job before the end of the month. Be grateful that you have a job, even if it’s a little difficult this month.
I would be ready to interview tomorrow afternoon, perhaps you need candidates that need jobs and not job hoppers.
Wish I could find recruiters that actually tried anything with their jobs. The batch of Indian recruitment "professionals" that all run with the same template and script the past few years is EXTREMELY tiresome.
