“I have had the very good fortune to work alongside Kathy over the past 15+ years. Early on, we worked together on a roll-out of SAP across our global offices, as well as on a migration to a Shared Services ‘back office’ model. More recently, we worked together to integrate Workfront with SAP and our BI Reporting Platform. Kathy leads with passion and enthusiasm. Her integrity, drive to deliver excellent results, and commitment to hard work are just some of her amazing strengths. She is strategic, organized and communicates effectively. Kathy is a great people-manager and mentor. She has strong interpersonal skills, builds solid and lasting relationships within (and outside of) an organization, and is very well liked. Kathy is a great collaborator and partner, blending her PM knowledge and experience with a decisive ‘get things done’ attitude. She is a recognized thought leader on project and resource management, often asked to present at conferences and on webinars. I will really miss working with Kathy, but I believe our paths will cross again in the future. Good luck on your next adventure. You will be a tremendous asset wherever you land. Your new team will be so very lucky to have you! ”

You're struggling to engage your audience during webinars. What tools can help?
One effective way to enhance webinar engagement is by strategically incorporating cutting-edge tools such as Mentimeter or Slido. Mentimeter excels in conducting instant polls, transforming passive listeners into active participants—I love their word cloud feature. Meanwhile, Slido's Q&A functionality fosters dynamic dialogue with your webinar participants. Elevate your content delivery with visually impactful presentations using Canva or Prezi. Additionally, consider integrating AI-powered image creation tools like Adobe Firefly or Midjourney to experiment with innovative visuals. These tools collectively turn challenges into opportunities, ensuring a truly engaging virtual experience.

Since its founding in New York City in 1991, the effectiveness of Minds Matter has been affirmed — 100 percent of our students have been accepted into a four-year college. The organization has expanded to ten cities, including Denver where it is the culmination of a grass-roots effort to level the educational opportunities for disadvantaged students.
I volunteer as a mentor to a student, from her sophomore through senior year, to help prepare her for a successful college experience. I work with my student during 3 hour weekly sesssions, on various college prep activities (ACT prep, essay writing, college applications, summer programs, volunteer experiences, etc) as well as staying in contact with her throughout the week to support her and make sure she is meeting all of her responsibilities as a student in this program. -
