How can you use SERP features to enhance your brand reputation?
It's amazing to see monolithic brands miss the opportunity to mindfully assert control over their Search presentation. Firms that spend millions of brand ad dollars miss out when given the opportunity to bolster remote databases, apply consistency in citations, engage schema markups and reciprocally link online references. Firms miss available opportunities, trying to save a few bucks, or simply lacking understanding of how Google uses 'consensus' when deciding what to display about them. Seeing unclaimed Knowledge Panels, or unverified Google Business Profiles tells me the brand is ignorant of the risk to their reputation. One is forever either building a reputation online, or allowing it to be tarnished or to corrode from neglect.

How can social media analytics inform your strategic planning?
One of the most-important aspects of social media optimization and paid social advertising is a direct result of the accelerated pace of social. Things happen fast... a broken audience feed, a missing image, an irrelevant landing... can result a rapid failure to serve, reduced IMPs, sagging CTR, a lack of engagement. Setup your notifications with care, ensure they target the right person or role with sufficient permissions to remedy common issues. And, remember, only masochists (or beverage advertisers) set campaigns to go live on a Friday!

How do you choose e-commerce keywords?
Great sources of 'ecommerce keywords' listed already here! Depending on market and product, consider: Semrush PLAs Research - since ecomm keywords are largely brand and product names, look up the leading brands and see theirs, plus the demographics, details and accessories. YouTube - how-to videos and un-boxings, product use and other film will be rich with conversational references - thus keywords. I've used Soovle in the past for YouTube search keywords, and for the following: Amazon - here is a commercially-driven, constant tug-of-war over findability on the platform. Product names, descriptions, reviews, questions can all yield urgent, transaction-intent keywords. Have at it!

How can you write copy that reflects your brand?
What became clear during crises and subsequent online brand reputation management campaigns and even brand-building for startups, is that, brand exists in the hearts and minds of the audience. Generalizations only go so far. Knowledge about first-hand brand encounters and attitudes is arguably the ONLY way to write TO your audience, and not write AT them.
