Meet Christie the Concept Coach, an AI-powered coach that SoundStrategies developed for the BizStarts Racine program. Christie’s unique—she’s “from” Racine, WI, a “graduate” of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and designed to connect personally with entrepreneurs in the program. She’s an expert in business concept development but also knows Racine’s and the greater Milwaukee area's best spots to eat and visit, making learning more personal and engaging. Lately, I find myself using the AI coaches and tools we build for our programs more and more in my own work. In fact, Christie recently helped me refine the concept statement for an upcoming bootcamp we’re launching. I’m now using that concept statement to conduct customer research and fine-tune the offering. At SoundStrategies, we’re all about making AI more relatable and diverse to enhance learning and boost productivity for the entrepreneurs we support. Happy Friday and welcome to November! Is anyone else feeling the reality check that there are just nine more Fridays until 2025? This week, I’m diving into the theme of self-awareness, sprinkled with a touch of spirituality. Takeaways: 🗓 Only one word can describe this week: whirlwind! I found myself juggling four to five meetings each day, bouncing between one-on-ones, multiple events, and various client projects. Instead of shying away from the chaos, I leaned in and made a conscious effort to carve out a few quiet moments for a mental reset. In the thick of the hustle, taking time to pause and reflect brought clarity, allowing me to make sure that each meeting and task served a meaningful purpose. Mid-week, I also snuck in some self-care—a quick hair refresh and a massage scheduled for next weekend. Remember, it’s the little things that often make the biggest impact! 🦉 I came across an unexpected visitor - an owl. It wasn’t in a zoo or in a nature reserve, it was right in my backyard calmly perched in a tree along my usual walk. I’m a big believer in paying attention to life’s signs, and this owl felt like one I couldn’t ignore. After I got home, I looked up the symbolism of owls and learned they represent staying grounded and moving through life with patience and calmness. At times, it can also be a call for you to step back, tune into your intuition, and consider perspectives that aren't immediately obvious. Stay open to the new experiences and insights each day brings. 🤝 Personality tests have always labeled me as an introvert (thanks, MBTI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder). There was a time when I thought this would hold me back, especially in building relationships. But I’ve come to realize that it’s actually a strength! This week, I attended an event with an organization I hadn’t been part of before. With over 100 people registered, I felt a twinge of dread about the small talk and not knowing many folks. Instead of letting that anxiety take over, I set some small, achievable goals—like connecting with three specific people. This made the experience feel much more manageable. I also embraced my love for one-on-one conversations by scheduling a coffee meetup, which turned into a delightful exchange about one of my favorite topics: Costco! Prove me wrong that it doesn’t have everything! 🎬 What to Watch: Stepping way outside my usual comedic go-tos with the Apple TV series “Severance.” The show explores life at a company where employees’ memories are divided into "work selves" and "home selves," creating two lives that never intersect. It made me think about how exhausting it once felt trying to keep my personal and professional lives completely separate. Now, I feel much more confident blending work with pleasure, which has brought me greater fulfillment, deeper friendships, and a sense of autonomy. It raises an interesting question: what is the true cost of disconnecting work from life? 💪✨ Sincerely, Boss Ass Bitch

During a recent outdoor yoga retreat, Dakota Shae shared a powerful insight that resonated deeply with me: "To name your ultimate potential is to limit your ultimate potential."
