Change Management Even for small changes, taking a step back to recognize how changes affect people differently can make all the difference. Everyone looks through their own lens at changes and has a distinct timeline on how quickly they get on board with changes. Everyone has a frame of reference during a change and no one's frame of reference is wrong. They are just different and possibly not what you as the leader prefer. Looking for clues to assess the climate, different frames of reference, and forms of resistance can help you react in ways that people will resonate with.
