The 2024 Senior Living 100 is officially underway, and today's program was all about tech and innovation! Andy Miller and Benjamin Zaniello, MD MPH kicked us off with a candid conversation about the advantages and challenges of connected tech - from bring-your-own-device (BYOD) models to regulator biases. We then heard from Bryan Ziebart, Martha Hurr Ertl, Tisson Mathew, and Nick Patel on the importance of embedding data in decision making. Their biggest advice for leadership teams? Start small, but just start - don't wait for the perfect solution. And we closed out with the inaugural Senior Living 100 Shark Tank - hosted by DANIEL GEMP, our very own Mr. Wonderful!
