Leaders at the highest levels of corporate, public service and political life face new vulnerabilities that few in these positions are willing to talk about publicly. But they did talk to us. A proliferation of unpredictable events, from the 2008 Global Financial Crisis to President Putin’s seizure of Crimea, revealed a new fragility at the highest levels or leadership. The challenges are greater now than at any time in recent history and the implications are deeply troubling. We help the world’s top leaders to Think the Unthinkable and share their biggest fears and concerns. We also support aspiring leaders who recognise the need for change, for new ways of thinking and new behaviours but feel disconnected from the C-suite executives.
