I enjoyed this panel at #PRIinperson 2024 My takeaways from this session on the main gaps in capacity and literacy are: 1️⃣ Sales teams must speak the same language as customers, from taxonomies to climate transition, and be able to educate retail clients. Sustainability jargon is a barrier to communicating effectively. 2️⃣ Internal teams such as compliance and portfolio managers must work together to navigate the evolving fragmented regulations and adapt products regionally. 3️⃣ Analysts are becoming engineers able to grasp emerging technologies to spot future winners and losers.
