Finally, I managed to get hold of Prof. Wiseman Nkuhlu's latest book: "Purposeful Leadership for Africa in the 21st Century." I am ready to learn. Prof. Nkuhlu recruited me into the #NEPAD Secretariat (now African Union Development Agency-NEPAD) in 2002. We worked together until he left the NEPAD Secretariat in 2007. If there is one lesson I took away from his leadership style, it is that: "We do not talk bad about colleagues/other people in their absence." I now also try to impart the same lesson. #leadership #AfricanLeadership #TheAfricaWeWant #Agenda2063 #letusreadandwrite
