We wanted to offer mental health support to an audience broader than just the McKinseys and Googles of the world. We now have 5 schools and nurseries with access to therapy on Spill and that feels good 🙂

It's easy to talk about mental health. It's harder to do something to support people with it. We've had this hanging on our wall for 5 years to make sure we stay focused on the hard stuff.

518 counselling sessions took place on Spill during Mental Health Awareness Week 💙 And 515 have already been booked for this week. Kudos to companies who use Spill to support their employees’ mental health all year round 👏

In the last two months we have: - Built the Spill Advice Library, allowing employees to browse advice from our therapists - Created specialised bereavement packages to better support employees - Done 20 user interviews to improve Spill (donating £20 to Mind for each one) - And most importantly, had 4,006 therapy sessions take place on Spill 💙 All in time for Mental Health Awareness Week next week!
