A great resources for both slalom coaches and athletes, the Canoe Slalom Technical Progression Guide 💦💦💦 This resource focuses on the different competencies required to become a successful slalom athlete. These new videos focus on the skills and knowledge needed to navigate waves and stoppers. Dealing with these features is a big challenge for any aspiring athlete and plays a huge part in performance. 

BCAB enhances learning opportunities for the Level 4 Performance Coach Award. There will be some minor changes to the Performance Coach pathway from January 2025. Learners registered before 31st December 2024 will able to follow this framework, those registering after the 31st December 2024 will be on the new frame work which includes an extra mentoring session and Coach Developer days being centrally managed. However, all learners (regardless of when they register) will be able to access community learning events in person, online or a mix as they prefer. 🎉
