How many cycles pass through the camera's view? Maybe Ultralytics has the answer! 😃 Cycling is always great for your health, and I’ve noticed many competitions worldwide in this sport! It’s inspiring to see the energy and enthusiasm around it. This gave me the idea to count the total number of cycles passing through a camera’s view. Published in JAMANetwork 09Feb2024. 342 prehypertensive adults divided into 2 groups and followed for 1 year. One group practiced Tai Chi for 4 sessions per week (1 hour each). The second group participated in an aerobic activity (jogging, cycling, stair-climbing, walking) for 4 sessions per week (1 hour sessions). At the end of the year the Tai Chi group demonstrated a significant decrease in Blood Pressure (BP) with 22% returning to normal BP vs 16% of the Aerobic participants https://lnkd.in/eWR_EFUv
