Tristan Thompson Admits Cheating on Khloé Kardashian Made Him Feel 'Disgusted,' Wants to 'Own Up' to Mistakes

Tristan Thompson was “disgusted” with himself after he cheated on Khloé Kardashian.

In a preview for next Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, the NBA star, 32, opens up about how he feels to have betrayed his ex and the mother of two of his children.

“In this family, if you do something to one of us, it affects everyone,” the Good American founder, 39, explained to Thompson.

The pro athlete understood Kardashian’s point, saying, “I'm in the place now where I can own up to the mistakes I made.”

After Khloé’s sister Kylie Jenner admitted that she felt “a little nervous” when she heard that Thopmson was coming over, he told the 26-year-old beauty mogul upon his arrival, “Everyone got affected differently, but I think you were affected the most.”

Thompson was referring to his tryst with Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods. In February 2019, news broke that Thompson had allegedly cheated on Kardashian with Woods. A month after reports surfaced, the 26-year-old model denied that they had sex, but claimed in a tell-all interview that Thompson kissed her at an afterparty at his house on Feb. 17 that year.

Kourtney Kardashian — who wasn’t one to dance around the fact that "Tristan and I really have not connected and I just can't fake it" — asked him if he feels anything after he cheats.

Thompson said that he feels “disgusted the next day.” The Lemme founder, 44, then inquired, “Why do you do it again?"

In December 2021, it was revealed that Thompson conceived another child with Maralee Nichols while he and Khloé were still together. At the time, the reality star was expecting the arrival of their son Tatum, who was born in August 2022 via surrogate. The pair also share 5-year-old daughter True.

Though the two are no longer in a relationship, a source recently told PEOPLE that they had "became very close again after his mom [Andrea] passed away." A separate source said Thompson is "doing everything he can again to try and prove himself — not just to Khloé, but to the whole family. He's also grown closer to Kris after losing his own mom."
