According to paperwork obtained by PEOPLE, Foster, 44, filed for divorce from the That ’70s Show star, also 44, and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their separation. He stated the two were no longer able to "live together successfully as husband and wife." The X Men: The Last Stand actor noted the former couple's date of separation as Sept. 9, 2023, and asked the court to enforce their 2018 prenuptial agreement and make an "equitable division" of their marital assets and debt. Foster also requested the court to incorporate their "marital dissolution agreement and agreed parenting plan" into their final decree of divorce. When it comes to their attorney fees, the actor asked for each party to pay their own fees and divide any other court costs equally. Laura Prepon and Ben Foster.
