The reality star met the Law & Order: SVU star in 2001 and were married the following year. As they approach their 23rd year of marriage, Austin, 45, said that a "healthy" sex life is one of the secrets behind their success. "I think you have to keep it up," she told E! News of her and her husband's intimacy, before revealing how frequently they are having sex these days. "I would say good and healthy is three times a week. I think that's good after 23 years," she said. They also "do a lot of date nights," which also helps keep the spark alive. "Going to dinner, getting dressed up for each other and picking out what he wants me to wear." Ice-T, 66, weighed in, too, as he told the outlet, "When you first get with somebody, you want to have sex, right? If that ever ends, it's a wrap. When that feeling goes away, forget about it." Earlier this year, Ice-T admitted that he and his wife have "jungle sex" as another means of keeping things interesting. "That flame has to stay lit. When that flame goes out and you're not really attracted to each other anymore, you have to address that very quickly because it's something that's necessary," he told E! News. "Getting married is like casting for a movie," he explained. "You got to pick somebody who's ready for all the scenes. Now, there's gonna be fun scenes. There's gonna be sad scenes. There's gonna be tough scenes. There's gonna be fight scenes. A lot of people don't sign up for the whole movie. They just sign up for the good part." "We have no nannies. She doesn't do that," he said. "If you're fortunate enough to be able to stay home with your kids, it's the most incredible and most admirable thing you can do, is raise a child." "So don't let no woman make you feel any kind of way. Do that job. So she picks Chanel up, goes to school, brings her back, takes her to Kung Fu, takes her to all that stuff," he added.
