Paris Hilton Celebrates 3 Years of Marriage with Carter Reum: 'Once Upon a Time I Found My Prince Charming'

Hilton and Reum tied the knot on Nov. 11, 2021, and have since welcomed two children together

Paris Hilton is celebrating her "fairytale" love with Carter Reum.

To mark the couple's third wedding anniversary on Tuesday, Nov. 11, Hilton, 43, shared a touching tribute to her husband on Instagram, calling him her "Prince Charming." Alongside a video featuring clips of the pair together over the years — including emotional moments from their wedding day — she began her message: "Once upon a time, I found my Prince Charming, and every day since has been a dream come true 🥰. From the moment we met, I knew you were my forever 🥹."

She continued: "Together, we’ve created a fairytale filled with laughter, adventure and unconditional love 😍. I’m endlessly grateful for you, Carter, for being my rock, my best friend and my greatest love."

The "Stars Are Blind" singer concluded her tribute with a little toast to the future. "Here’s to another year of magical memories, endless laughter and love beyond words. Happy Anniversary, my love ❤️✨."

Many of Hilton's celebrity friends shared their well-wishes in the comments, including Bijou Phillips, who wrote, "😍😍😍 Beautiful! 😍😍😍."

Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin also commented, revealing her special role on Hilton and Reum's wedding date. She wrote, "Happy anniversary @parishilton @carterreum_official ! I’m so honored to have been a part of your beautiful wedding journey and you trusting me so much to choreograph your first dance! I’ll cherish that forever. You’re truly the most beautiful couple, I love you both so much!! ❤️."

Hilton and Reum, 43 — who first began dating in 2019 — tied the knot on Nov. 11, 2021, in a glamorous wedding at the former Bel Air, Calif., estate of the bride's late grandfather Barron Hilton. The star-studded guest list included Kim KardashianNicole Richie, Paula AbdulBebe RexhaEmma RobertsAshlee SimpsonMeghan Trainor and Hilton's aunts Kyle Richards and Kim Richards.

At the time, Hilton revealed the significance of the couple's wedding date. She told Vogue it was always her intention to get married on Nov. 11. "11:11 has always been my favorite time of day," she explained. "It's my reminder to make a wish and be open to miracles."

"This date is special to Carter and I — it represents our love story, which both of us knew was meant to be," she added.

Not long after they celebrated their first wedding anniversary, the couple marked another happy milestone: the arrival of their first child. In January 2023, they welcomed their son Phoenix via surrogate.

As she announced the news, Hilton told PEOPLE, "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other. We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."

The couple then welcomed a daughter, named London, via surrogate on Nov. 23, 2023. Hilton shared the first official photos of her little girl with PEOPLE in April 2024. "With Mother's Day around the corner, I couldn't resist introducing the world to my baby girl London and sharing these precious moments of our family together," she said at the time.

"Phoenix and London are everything to me, and I feel like the luckiest woman in the world to be married to the love of my life and have our beautiful family," she added. "We make the absolute best team, and my life finally feels complete."
