Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are celebrating 26 years of marriage.

The 58-year-old supermodel took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 29 to share a heartfelt tribute — and a sweet throwback photo — in honor of their anniversary.

"You know you’ve been married a long time when the photos from your early years look like they came out of a time capsule!" Crawford started off the caption. In the photo, the model sits on Gerber's lap and the couple is all smiles as they are presented with a cake. Crawford's hair is styled into her signature blowout and she wears a light pink cable-knit sweater.

She continued in the caption, "Happy 26th anniversary @randegerber! I’m so proud of us and all we have navigated together. I love our life and having my best friend by my side. Here’s to more — more laughing, more dancing, more loving! ❤️"

For the couple's milestone 25-year anniversary in 2023, Crawford shared a series of photos from their 1998 wedding.

The photo tribute on Instagram included snaps of the newlyweds smiling, cutting their wedding cake, dancing on the beach and an aerial shot of the bride and groom surrounded by their wedding guests. The final image showed their silhouettes dancing barefoot, the Casamigos founder in an untucked white dress shirt and Crawford in a white lace minidress by Galliano, which she accessorized with a Valentino shawl.

“25 years ago today, Rande and I got married at the Ocean Club in the Bahamas,” the supermodel wrote in the caption. “It was a picture perfect wedding all captured by @arthurelgort. We spent a beautiful weekend surrounded by family and friends celebrating our love for each other.”

She added, “I would do it all over again in a second.”

“I also want to acknowledge that even with all the blessings, life is full of ups and downs and challenges,” Crawford continued. “I’m proud of how we have navigated life together — looking to each other for strength and comfort. You have been my best friend and rock and I can’t imagine a life without you.”

“Happy Anniversary @randegerber!”

The couple was married in 1998 at the Ocean Club in Nassau, where the Baha Men, who at the time were a local popular band, performed. The group went on to win a Grammy Award for their 2000 track "Who Let the Dogs Out."

The private beach wedding was attended by about 90 guests and was catered with seafood, pasta and roast beef and "Cindy's favorite," a three-tiered carrot cake. The event was captured by renowned fashion photographer Arthur Elgort (Ansel Elgort's dad).

In May 2024, the Meaningful Beauty founder told PEOPLE about the two main ways she and Gerber maintain a happy and healthy marriage.

"First of all, Rande and I were friends first. Definitely, we had chemistry, but we had a friendship, and I think that that is a great foundation to build a marriage on because even when you're going through stressful times, the way you treat a good friend is with respect and understanding and compassion," she explained. "I feel like that's helped us weather 25 years and some storms."

Secondly: "We don't fight ugly. I think sometimes people say things in the heat of the moment that are hard to take back, and we don't really do that," Crawford added. "We try to fight about just what we're fighting about and not character assassinate each other."
