Blake Shelton Thanks Gwen Stefani for the 'Greatest Birthday Ever' and Shares Photos from His Celebrations

Blake Shelton is “happy anywhere” — especially in Italy celebrating his 48th birthday with wife Gwen Stefani.

The country singer, 48, shared a glimpse into his birthday celebrations earlier this week with the “Just a Girl” singer, 54, on Instagram, including a look at some of his one-of-a-kind birthday accommodations and accessories.

Shelton kicked off his post with a selfie wearing a green printed button-up with orange glasses that read, “Happy Birthday!” He also wore a disco ball helmet as he posed for the picture, as neon lights and streamers could be seen in the background.

In a second photo, the Grammy winner could be seen sleeping in a bed with silver balloons above him that read “Happy Birthday.” The space next to him was filled with black and white pillows, and there were also several other balloons white balloons strewn about the ceiling. 

“Thank you @gwenstefani for the greatest birthday ever!!!!!,” he captioned the post. “Plus we finally found the hotel…”

In a second Instagram post, Shelton thanked his fans for their birthday wishes and revealed that the big bash happened in Italy. He shared a photo of himself riding a bicycle with a helmet on as he traveled along an Italian street. 

“Thanks for the birthday wishes everybody,” he wrote. “I’ve drank so much in Italy that Gwen wanted to be sure I made it back to the hotel safely… I’m still not there though…”

On Tuesday, June 18, Stefani celebrated her husband’s 48th birthday with a video compilation of their sweetest moments set to their duet, "Purple Irises."

She wrote "happy bday to the greatest, @blakeshelton 🤍 u are my everything !!,” alongside videos of their time on The Voice together, performing onstage and outdoors enjoying nature. 

The former No Doubt rocker, who is mom to sons Kingston, 18, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10, also paid tribute to Shelton on Father's Day by posting a video that featured several “fatherly” moments from the singer. 

It included a video showing Shelton holding out a bouquet of flowers and hugging one of her sons, along with drawings that her boys made of the family. She also shared a funny video  of the former Voice host dressed in pink bunny footie pajamas, similar to A Christmas Story, walking down the stairs as her boys ran up to hug him. 

“And a very happy Father’s Day to @blakeshelton 🤍 we love u so much !!,” she wrote.
