Nine years after publicly stepping out together for the first time during Halloween week, the happy couple — who married in July 2021 — dressed up again for 2024, Stefani, 55, going as Snow White, while Shelton, 48, opted for a turtle costume. The couple has always loved the holiday, and usually dress up alongside Stefani's three sons with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale: Kingston, 18, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 10. On Instagram, Stefani shared a video of her full look, which included a short black wig, a bright red lip and Snow White's classic blue and yellow dress. She shared a few selfies of her costume on her Stories before adding clips of Sheldon in a full-body turtle suit. Other footage posted to Stefani's Instagram included shots of her kids in costume, a glimpse of her Halloween party decor and footage of the family trick-or-treating. "Happy Halloween my little marighoulds 👻🧡," Sefani captioned her post, which was scored to her new single, "Bouquet." Prior to Halloween, Oct. 30, Stefani shared a sweet image of the pair dressed up for the holiday in 2015, the year they started dating. That night, the two attended Jared Leto’s private house party, where they were joined by other celebrities such as Jessica Alba and Nicky Hilton, along with Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher, a source told PEOPLE at the time. For the outing, Shelton wore a striped shirt and a Wienerschnitzel baseball cap, while Stefani wore a rustic mini dress and a cowgirl hat, in addition to fake blood on the side of her face and chest. “Met u in October i had nothing to lose / dressed up like a country girl i’d knew you’d approve / knew i had to kiss you on the Halloween moon,” Stefani captioned the post. The caption also served as lyrics to a song she sung in the last slide, played over a video of clouds rolling past the moon.
