Gwen Stefani Dedicates Sweet 48th Birthday Tribute to Blake Shelton: 'My Everything'

Gwen Stefani is celebrating Blake Shelton on his 48th birthday!

Stefani, 54, proudly showcased some of their sweetest moments together in a video compilation set to their duet, "Purple Irises."

The sweet Instagram post contained glimpses of their time on The Voice together, performing onstage and enjoying nature's outdoors. She captioned the post, "happy bday to the greatest, @blakeshelton 🤍 u are my everything !!"

While Shelton has not reacted directly to Stefani's post, he thanked his loved ones for all the birthday wishes with a hilarious Instagram photo of himself riding a bicycle.

"Thanks for the birthday wishes everybody. I’ve drank so much in Italy that Gwen wanted to be sure I made it back to the hotel safely… I’m still not there though…," his caption read.

Shelton and Stefani began dating in November 2015 and tied the knot in July 2021.

When the country singer got his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Stefani said he was her "dream come true."

"The reason Blake Shelton is here today on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is because you are part of the country dream, the Hollywood dream and you are part of the American dream. And everybody knows you are my dream come true. I love you," said Stefani during the May 2023 event.

The No Doubt musician also praised his authenticity.

"He lives and he breathes country music. He is a country music jukebox and it is in his DNA. He was born to do this and hasn't done anything because he wanted to be a star. He has just always been a star," she said.

Stefani is a mom to sons Kingston, 18, Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10, with ex Gavin Rossdale. Shelton has said that being a good father to them is crucial to him.

"I don't know if it's as hard or harder or not as hard as being an actual, biological parent, you know? I have a stepfather in my life who's one of my heroes," he said during a February 2021 interview with KFROG's The Ride with Kimo & Heather.

"I love my stepfather and I look up to him and he's like a father to me, so I have a good inspiration in my life for how to do this and the kind of stepdad I want to be," continued Shelton. "And I take it very serious."
