The past weekend our young #team of missionaries came together for an adventure-packed #offsite, in a beautiful resort nestled in the hills of Hethur. Enjoying the lush meadows, trekking the breathtaking Mookanamane Abbi Falls, toasting around a campfire; while reflecting on our journey, as we celebrate the galaxy of opportunities ahead of us. Excited to share that we have won another significant iDEX Defence Innovation Organization challenge by the Indian Navy for the development and refurbishment of crucial #pyrotechnic systems. Pyro-cartridges and ballistic gas generators are used for actuating Controllable Rotary Nozzles (CRN) in the booster stage of #missiles, as well as used extensively for kickstarting and revving up the turbine blades to idle RPM (known as 'Cranking' of Gas turbine engines); Pyro-Igniters are also used for initiating the #combustion in such #propulsion systems. We are grateful to the Naval Armament Inspectorate for entrusting us to develop such mission-critical solid-fuel systems, and the support of our strategic investors at Jamwant Ventures. We are delighted to share that the #Patent office, Government of India has granted our second patent for our #innovation in Wire-impregnated propellant grain. This is a significant breakthrough for next generation of high energetic solid propellants. Highly conductive metal wires are precisely impregnated into the propellant matrix which form localized cores for burn rate control. This is crucial in applications requiring high volumetric loading and to tailor the #ballistic performance for desired thrust profiles. We had an exciting experience showcasing our products at Indian Navy's flagship Innovation conference - #Swavlamban 2024. Our team also earned accolades from the Hon'ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh ji for winning the Naval #Innovation Hackathon organized by the Directorate of Weapon systems engineering establishment (WESEE). The event was an incredible platform to exchange insights on emerging requirements from user directorates and receive encouragement from esteemed dignitaries.  I had the privilege of representing SpaceFields Pvt. Ltd. at the recent India-Sweden Space Industry Day, conducted by IN-SPACe at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Headquarters in Bangalore. This event provided a fantastic platform to explore collaboration opportunities in the space sector. The high-level Swedish delegation included Mr. Christer Nilsson, Vice Director General of the #SNSA (Swedish National Space Agency), H.E. Mr. Jan Thesleff, Ambassador of Sweden to India, and various esteemed business representatives led by H.E. Mr. Håkan Jevrell, State Secretary for Foreign Trade, Government of Sweden. It was an invaluable opportunity for networking and discussing potential partnerships between Swedish and Indian entities. During the event, I shared insights about our initiatives at #SpaceFields and gained a deeper understanding of the innovative Swedish #aerospace and #defense ecosystem. The discussions were incredibly enriching, especially with the Indian side led by Dr. S. Somanath, Chairman of #ISRO and Secretary of the Department of Space.
