The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the end-to-end admission processes for students. • Coordinate with academic counselors, team leaders, and other departments to streamline operations. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency. • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for staff and the consultancy. • Handle escalations, and client grievances, and ensure resolution within set timelines. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Train and manage staff, including performance reviews and skill development. • Budget management and cost control to ensure profitability. • Maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions. • Ensure quality control in all aspects of the consultancy’s operations. • Assist in marketing strategies to attract students and improve brand visibility.
