So today on day 3 of #14dayslinkedinchallengewithprecious I will be giving a tip of advice to those in my field of study especially students in 300lv about to write their 2nd mbbs exams. 1. Don't dwell on the negatives of yesterday and even on the positive: I would explain, For the negative past, there's is this tendency to dwell in your negative past because maybe you didn't really do well in your continuous assessment and then you meditate so much on it that it just leaves you with fear and tension which now gives the devil room to tell you all the lies and then leaves you with a belief system that says you don't have hope or you will fail mbbs exams. Well that is because you have focused your attention so much on the negative. Now for the positive past, okay, you did very well in your continuous assessment and then focus so much on it that complacency sets in and you feel there's no more work to do. Well, that is deception and I know some would say "i will still pass", well maybe you would have gotten a distinction. So don't dwell on your past(positive and negative), rather let it motivate you for the task ahead. 2. Create a plan on how to pass: How do you plan on passing your exams? What are your daily targets and goals? You have to restrategize and set goals for yourself. Give up the unnecessary things, sacrifice some comfort and give it your shot. 3. Lean on God: I can never remove the God factor from the equation. Reading your Bible and believing what God says about you is one of the key ways of becoming confident and not dwelling on you negative past. Please don't leave God out of the equation and pray. 4. Start to think like a winner: YES, THINK LIKE A WINNER After all being said and done, start to see yourself where you want to be, regardless of what the situation is saying or what the devil is saying or even what your Test results is saying. See yourself as a distinction candidate and even if you don't get distinction you will not escape pass. I'm happy to be on this journey with my very good friend and she said something that I held unto, IT'S EITHER WE PASS OR WE DISTINCT. My dear co-medical student it's either you pass or you distinct🔥💯💯

If you plan to pursue MBBS in the UK, you need to start your application process almost 1.5 years in advance. So, if you start now, you will be eligible for admission in the September 2025 cycle. You need to take the UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test) and submit your personal statement this year. If you are called for an interview, that can happen anytime between November and April of the following year. However, this timeline applies specifically to MBBS. For most other programs, the application process and admission occur within the same year. #educationabroad #medicine #mbbs
